Instead of focusing on the things we don’t want to happen in our life, we shift our focus and we think about the things that we do want o happen in our life. Example: First time you’re starting a new business, and you naturally have some fears. Naturally wonder whether it’s gonna work, whether you’ll be able to pay the bills, emplpyres, etc. Worry about loss of money. As you’re building this business, your mind will naturally focus on all the problems. Your focus will be on “How will I make this business not fail?”. You’re always thinking about how your business could potentially fail, and you’re always planning against catastrophe. This is what most of us do.
Most of us focus on what we don’t like about our living situation, relationships, etc. Most people are going through life and focusing on things that they don’t like: I don’t like the traffic jam I’m in, the relationship I’m in, soel aspect of my health, I don’t like the fact that I have a tooth ache that’s bothering me, I don’t like the fact that I suck with women, and more. Such people see life as a constant onslaught of problem after problem. The law of attraction states that the things that we focus on are the things that we end up attracting more of in our life. We as re focusing in these problems and are thereby creating an emotional vibration with us, our though ya are soaked in the negativity, challenge, difficulty of the situation, and you take in that vibration and it rubs off on you. When you’re in that state of mind it tends to attract those things to you, and creates a self-fulfilling prophecy affect. This is not a new-age metaphysical concept, it’s happening because our thoughts generate the action that we take I our lives. We are not gonna take resourceful action if our thoughts are soaked in negativity. It makes us anxious and insecure, and when we act from that position, our actions are feeble and often catastrophic. Worrying about something so much may mean that we take the action that will lead to that thing coming true.
The solution is to adopt what the law of attraction wants us to do. We can attract positive things with positive thoughts. Instead of worrying about our money situation, focus on the great situation you‘re gonna create. Shift focus to gratitude and creation. What are you grateful for and what do you want to create? Worrying is about thinking of all the bad stuff that might happen, thinking “what if?”. What if + bad situation What if + good situation
What if I walk into this party and I’m the coolest person there and I make a bunch of friends and connections? Thinking about the negative is a very natural thing to do.
There’s some problem areas of our lives It must be tried with faith, confidence, and consistency. You start to impose your reality on the world. The vibration of our thoughts affect the nature of our actions, which then attracta what we want.
